Duck Fat Seared Sea Scallops
•1 lb. to 1.5 lbs. of fresh sea scallops, heat pan on stove top, spray duck fat to coat pan.
Allow duck fat to start to sizzle and lightly smoke. Carefully add scallops and cook for
1 1/2 to 2 minutes until crispy crust forms. Lightly spray tops of scallops before turning.
Apply coarse sea salt and fresh ground pepper and cook an additional 2 minutes and serve.

Duck Fat Grilled Steaks
Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before cooking. Generously spray both sides with
pure duck fat cooking oil. Season with sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Grill
one side 4 to 5 minutes, turn and continue to cook until desired doneness.
Medium rare is 135 degrees internal temperature.
Denny's Spiced Up Veggies
• 4 oz. bite-sized broccoli
• 3 oz. sliced zucchini
• 3 oz. chopped carrots
• One-half yellow onion, diced
• 1 pinch of Berbere Spice
• 1 pinch salt
• Cornhusker Kitchen's Duck Fat Spray
1. Rinse and dry veggies.
2. Spray your veggies with Gourmet Duck Fat Spray.
3. Sprinkle seasonings on top and stir to coat veggies.
4. Spray a sheet of foil with Gourmet Duck Fat Spray.
5. Place veggies on top of foil, and place in a grill basket.
6. Grill your veggies over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Perfection!
